BILD is looking for a German member for Now United as the exclusive media partner
2017-06-06 07:54 [Médiainfó - www.mediainfo.hu]

BILD is looking for a German talent for NOW UNITED, the new international pop band from producer Simon Fuller.

BILD and producer Simon Fuller are looking for a German music talent for a band that the world has not seen yet: Now United, an international music group, consisting of a mix of exceptional and outstanding young artists, coming from 11 different countries, namely USA, China, Mexico, South Korea, Russia, India, Germany, Senegal, Brazil, Japan and Great Britain. Just one artist from every country has the big chance to become part of "Now United," and perform at the greatest music events in the world. As the exclusive media partner in Germany, BILD accompanies and markets the whole music project in the long run, from the casting to the live performances and music file formats.

On the 29th of May, 2017, the casting process starts on BILD.de: on anyone between the ages of 16 and 19 years can upload his or her video on nowunited.bild.de until the 30th of June, 2017, and thus, convince to be the right one for the band. The two who prove best, are going to the BILD "boot camp," where they are going to be prepared for the final contest in the USA. Subsequently, they will be send to Los Angeles from BILD and Simon Fuller, to perform in the final round, in late summer 2017. There, the dream of Now United is going to come true, for one of the two German competitors. BILD exclusively presents the contestants and their videos on BILD.de, accompanies Now United on their own Snapchat Discover Channel, and is going to show worldwide performances from the band in a live stream.

Simon Fuller, who created many international celebrities like the "Spice Girls" and successfully produced entertainment shows like "DSDS," says: "Now United is a personal matter to me and I take care of every detail. It is not going to be like another pop group, but more like a sports team - that's why there are 11 members -, in which everyone works together and supports each other, to be successful as a group. Anyone can be part of Now United, if he or she got talent, enthusiasm and exceptional motivation. I want the highest standards and an intense competition about every place in the team, just like in any other sports team. Now United is going to be supported by extraordinary world-class professionals, who teach young talents, who are full of hope, and who accompany them on their way. I'm really glad that BILD is part of the Now United team."

Donata Hopfen, Publishing Director and Head of Management Board BILD-Group says: "Simon Fuller has, as a TV-maker and manager, always taken the first step with new concepts that millions of people love. BILD offers a unique reach towards young users over all platforms on BILD.de, in the social networks, web TV and with BILD itself. We are looking forward to a lot of applications of new outstanding talents for Now United. With the license and the cooperation with Simon Fuller, BILD takes on the role that TV had in the pas. Together we are going to start a wide-coverage entertainment project that is meant to be of long continuance, and that will introduce our partners of BILD.de to a great range of young target groups with new marketing options like native advertising and individual product integration."
